30 Aug Adidas Signs Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner has signed on as a brand ambassador for Adidas. The 21-year-old reality TV star and Kylie Cosmetics founder had been with Puma.
Jenner made her debut for Adidas as the face of the brand’s Falcon sneaker. The multicolored running shoe, created in 1997, was recently brought back.
“I’ve always loved adidas and it’s exciting now being part of the Originals family, especially for Falcon,” Kylie stated in the press release.
Alegra O’Hare, Adidas vice president of global brand communications said, “Falcon is inspired by the Falcon Dorf, an iconic model from the ‘90s: its bold and unapologetic DNA is at the core of today’s Falcon and reflects the confident mindset of a new generation of female creative consumers.”
Kylie’s older sister, supermodel Kendall Jenner, signed with Adidas last year while brother-in-law Kanye West famously produces his Yeezy sneakers with Adidas as well.
