L.L.Bean ran a full-page newspaper ad in the New York Times that can only read outdoors.
The ad ran in Friday’s New York Times.
According to Adweek, from VIA Agency in Portland, ME, appears almost blank when reading it indoors, with text scattered across the page that reads, “Just bring this outside.” Those taking it outside were able to see the company’s whole “Be an Outsider” manifesto.
