15 Jan Pentland Brands任命新主席与CEO
Berghaus、Speedo、 Ellesse与其它运动、时尚品牌的母公司Pentland Group宣布，将任命Andy Rubin担任Pentland Brands新设立的品牌管理部门主席一职。而现任Pentland Brands的首席运营官Andy Long将接任Andy Rubin担任首席执行官。两人的职位都将于2015年1月1日正式生效。
Andy Rubin是Pentland Group的创始人之一，在Pentland Group任职长达23年，其中有16年担任首席执行官。Andy Long在Pentland工作了9年，在Procter & Gamble and Boots中任职，并于2006年成为Speedo的联合总裁。自2009年起，他成为了Pentland Brands执行团队的一员，并于2012年担任首席运营官。
Pentland Group plc主席Stephen Rubin说道：“两位Andy都带领品牌在2014年创下销售与收益记录，并带领团队获得许多荣誉。我们衷心祝愿他们在新职位中能大展拳脚，为公司建立更多的全球品牌。”
2014年期间，Pentland Brands plc被CIPD授予了Best Overall People Management 以及Best Employee Engagement荣誉称号，并在英国和欧洲最佳工作地点中分别排名第8名与第18名。Pentland Brands是Pentland Group获得2014年第5届国际贸易Queen’s Award的主要功臣。
Pentland旗下品牌包括Berghaus、Canterbury of New Zealand、Speedo、Boxfresh、 Brasher、 Ellesse、KangaROOS、 Mitre、 Prostar 与 Red or Dead。同时，它也是Lacoste Chaussures 、Ted Baker footwear的全球持牌人、Kickers的英国持牌人、 Butterfly Twists 与 Hunter Boot的股东。
