从去年10月开始就进入破产程序的Sears Holdings宣布，公司计划到2019年3月末，关掉80多家Sears and Kmart门店。

这家零售商已经宣布，到2018年年底关掉143家店，到2019年2月再关掉40家Sears and Kmart门店。

把关掉的门店加起来，预计公司剩下的店不到420家。公司估计，自己如果能挺过破产，约有400家店本身是盈利的。
