Hoka One One, Sanuk and Teva , divisions of Deckers Brands, announced they recently joined Camber Outdoors as corporate partners. Camber Outdoors works with companies to accelerate equitable and inclusive workplaces so that a diversity of experiences and people drive business success.

Founded in 1996 as the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition, Camber Outdoors develops and implements programming to ensure outdoor companies recruit, attract, develop and retain diverse and top-tier talent to grow inclusive leadership roles and create a stronger, more sustainable industry–increasing profits, expanding the product market and driving innovation.

Like Camber Outdoors, Hoke One One, Sanuk and Teva, along with Deckers, are committed to fostering diversity and elevating women in the workplace. In April 2018, the company hosted their first annual Women’s Leadership Summit, led by Wendy Yang, which featured a dynamic group of female speakers and panelists who hold various leadership roles in our community. As part of their partnership, Hoka One One, Sanuk and Teva will work with Camber Outdoors to develop internal programming, furthering Deckers’ mission of enabling and elevating women and promoting gender diversity in the workplace, from entry-level to executive leadership positions.

Hoka One One, Sanuk and Teva will host a happy hour and footwear sale at the Outdoor Retailer tradeshow in Denver, Colorado on Monday and Tuesday, July 23-24, with 100 percent of proceeds going to Camber Outdoors. Sanuk (booth #VO342-SL) will host a happy hour from 4-6 p.m. both Monday and Tuesday; Hoka One One (booth #53089-UL) and Teva (booth #53081-UL) will host one from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday.
