Neil Cole, former chairman and founder of Iconix Brand Group, Inc., announced the formation NextRev Commerce, a venture incubated by Cole’s newly launched company, Next Retail Concepts.
NextRev will utilize XR technologies “to power next generation immersive shopping experiences to enhance brand engagement, deepen consumer experience and ultimately, disrupt and transform e-commerce.” Neil Cole will serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Serge Kassardjian will serve as the Chief Operating Officer of NextRev Commerce.

Cole commented, “We believe that over the next few years, developing technologies and computing surfaces will dramatically change commerce, consumer behaviors and the way we interact with brands.
