Neiman Marcus’ Chief Merchandising Officer To Resign

Jim Gold, president and chief merchandising officer of Neiman Marcus Group, will resign from his position, effective March 15.

Gold, a 28-year veteran, began his career as an assistant buyer. His roles included vice president, director of the Neiman Marcus Last Call Clearance Division, president of specialty retail at Neiman Marcus, and president and chief executive officer at Bergdorf Goodman. He began his latest role as president and chief merchandising officer in April 2014.

Neiman Marcus is also losing its vice president Neva Hall, who will be retiring on March 15 the day Neiman Marcus’ Hudson Yards store opens.
