04 May VF Corp. Completes Sale Of Nautica
VF Corporation announced that the company has completed the sale of the Nautica brand business to Authentic Brands Group, LLC (ABG).
The announcement follows the March 19, 2018, news release in which VF announced that the company had entered into a definitive agreement with ABG regarding the sale of this business. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
