06 Mar Clarks Appoints President of Americas
Clarks footwear appointed Geralyn R. Breig to the position of president, Americas region. Geralyn most recently served as SVP and President of North America at Avon Products.
She will join the Americas team in Newton, MA beginning Monday, Mar. 17.

Geralyn will report to Ken Dobinson, Clarks chief commercial officer.

Geralyn’s experience brings a powerful voice to the Americas Region and the Clarks global team through her in-depth leadership and brand marketing experience in international organizations. Her extensive experience in building global brands, knowledge of the American consumer, and her deep multichannel and brand marketing knowledge will be a driving force for the brand’s growth.
Breig grew up with Clarks shoes and the company’s values resonate deeply with her.

Prior to joining the Clarks team, Geralyn most recently served as SVP and President of North America at Avon Products Inc., the cosmetics, apparel, and gift retailer, where she led a recovery strategy that increased profit and significantly reduced costs. Previously as SVP and Global Brand President of Avon Geralyn was instrumental in globalizing Avon’s consumer and product go-to-market efforts, driving dramatic growth rates for the enterprise. Geralyn began her career in the Beauty Care Division of Procter & Gamble, she led brand marketing organizations at Kraft Foods and at Pepperidge Farm Inc., and served as the President of Godiva Chocolatier International.
Geralyn serves on the boards of Welch Foods Inc. and 1-800-Flowers.com and is the recipient of multiple awards. She holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
