Jessica Simpson brought the va-va-voom to the 27th Annual Footwear News Achievement Awards Tuesday night (Dec. 3) in New York City. Simpson hit the red carpet in a tight dress adorned with poppy flowers. She paired the ensemble with some black pumps and voluminous curls.
The blonde bombshell was the center of attention at the NYC event, which took place at the IAC Building and featured attendees like designer Vince Camuto, Kristin Cavallari and Olivia Palermo.
