Foot Locker employee Jadyn Brammeier Vasquez says she recognized the look on a young shopper’s face after overhearing the boy’s mother tell him they couldn’t afford new Air Jordan sneakers.
“I went over to her and asked her, ‘Do you think it would be OK if I bought these for him?’ ” Vasquez told Fox 35 Orlando. Although the boy’s mother hesitated, Vasquez was able to convince her by reminding her Christmas was near.
