22 Mar Nike Content Manager Joins Flywheel
Flywheel Sports Inc., the indoor cycling studio, appointed Geralyn Coopersmith, most recently Nike’s global director of performance and fitness training, as chief content officer.
Coopersmith’s background includes nearly a decade of experience at Equinox, where she led the design and development of the Equinox Fitness Training Institute to ensure their team of more than 2,000 personal trainers were on the cutting edge of exercise physiology and human performance. At her job at Nike, Coopersmith was responsible for the strategic direction and quality control of all the brand’s fitness content, including their large global fitness events, retail programming and digital streaming properties like the Nike Training Club app.

Coopersmith who holds a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and spent many years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
