20 Aug Oboz Hires Customer Service Manager
Oboz hired Stephanie Greenbaum as its new customer service manager. Greenbaum, who will direct Oboz’ team of dealer and consumer service reps, started her job on July 23rd.
“We’re excited to have Stephanie join our team and feel confident that she’ll continue the strong commitment to service that has been an Oboz goal since day one,” said Tim Tripp, Oboz CFO. “She’s experienced, excited and genuinely passionate about creating a culture that delivers the best possible service to our communities.”
Greenbaum brings a well-rounded background in operations, sales management, product development and merchandising to her new job.
Most recently, in Bozeman, Greenbaum headed sales management of a dozen associates for the boutique women’s apparel store White House Black Market. Prior to that, she managed all production for Cat Apparel, an international lifestyle brand for men and women. Before locating to Montana, she worked with Coldwater Creek as the product manager and buyer for jewelry.
Greenbaum comes from New York, where, prior to moving west, she held roles in product development in eyewear, jewelry and operations for a gourmet food and gift company she co-founded.
Greenbaum attended Syracuse University and, upon moving west, transferred her love of all things saltwater to fresh water. Along with spending time with her family, Greenbaum enjoys fishing, rafting, swimming and winter snow sports, as well as hiking and biking the trails of Montana.
