Saucony Promotes Todd Dalhausser to SVP of North American Sales

Saucony, today announced the promotion of industry veteran Todd Dalhausser to the position of senior vice president of North American sales. In this new role, Dalhausser will oversee all facets of U.S. and Canadian sales, including long-range planning, go-to-market strategies and building successful partner relationships within the North American region. Effective immediately, Dalhausser will report directly to Richie Woodworth, president of Saucony.

“Todd’s promotion recognizes the significant leadership role he holds in our company,” said Woodworth. “Todd’s position will continue to be the central catalyst for strategic growth across channels, for ongoing development of meaningful business relationships with our retail partners and for motivating and leading our sales team.”

Dalhausser has been a key player in the performance footwear and apparel industry for over 20 years. At Saucony, Dalhausser was most recently vice president of North American field sales. Prior to that, he was general manager of Saucony apparel where he oversaw the strategy and execution for all aspects of the brand’s vertical apparel business. Before joining Saucony, Dalhausser held various senior positons in product, sales and marketing within the footwear industry. He holds a B.S. in Sports Administration from Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey).

Today’s announcement comes as Saucony’s momentum continues to accelerate, including industry recognition for its award-winning performance products: The Ride 7, the brand’s newly updated neutral running shoe, was named “Editor’s Choice” in the Runner’s World 2014 Summer Shoe Guide and the Peregrine 4, the brand’s newly updated trail running shoe, was named “Editor’s Choice” in the Runner’s World 2014 Spring Trail Shoe Guide. Additionally, the brand’s sponsored athletes continue to set records, including U.S. Olympian Molly Huddle who recently clinched a new American Record for 5,000-meters at the Diamond League race in Monaco.
