Shoes.com Appoints Geoff Henshaw as VP of Retail and Brand

Shoes.com, parent company of Shome.ca and OnlineShoes.com, announced that Geoff Henshaw has joined the company as Vice President of Retail and Brand. After a 2-year stint in Sydney, Australia as Coastal Contact’s Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, Geoff has returned to build out Shoes.com’s retail strategy and aid with the company’s brand building efforts.

“We’re excited to have Geoff join our executive team as we continue to grow and evolve the business,” said Roger Hardy, CEO of Shoes.com. “In addition to working on the brand, Geoff will play an integral position in rolling out our omnichannel plans.”

During his time at Coastal Contacts, Henshaw held multiple positions, including Managing Director, where he oversaw business strategy and marketing efforts, and Senior Regional Manager of Commonwealth, overseeing acquisition, engagement and retention efforts.

Henshaw earned an MBA from The University of British Columbia and brings his deep marketing background to Shoes.com. He will be joining an impressive team at Shoes.com, including many of his former Coastal Contacts teammates: Roger Hardy, CEO; Nick Bozikis, CFO; Sean Clark, CRO; Peter Lee, CIO; Curtis Petersen, CMO; and Dominic Uy, CTO.
