12 May SIX:02 Kicks Off ‘It’s Your Time’ Campaign With Actress Bella Thorne
SIX:02, a women’s chain owned by Foot Locker, launched a campaign called “It’s Your Time” starring actress Bella Thorn.
The “Thank You” digital content features Thorne thanking her haters who have motivated her in both her personal life and professional career. Reflecting on the many people who have underestimated her, Thorne believes that those who try to hold you back only make you stronger. The spot can be viewed via YouTube and SIX:02’s social channels at six02.com/thankyou.
“We loved the ‘Thank You’ message. We think young women everywhere need to be reminded that criticism isn’t the end of you,” said Kirta Carroll, vice president SIX:02 marketing. “You can be stronger, better and braver when you face up to those looking to hold you back, and we wanted to call that out in a fun, relevant way. Bella Thorne was a natural fit because of her bold point of view – plus we know she loves to express her personal style without apologies. It’s this spirit we connect with as a brand.”
“It’s no secret that I am an open book with my fans,” said Thorne. “Teaming up with SIX:02 is such a natural fit because I love what this campaign stands for. SIX:02 will also debut an exclusive line of t-shirts and hats that celebrate the unapologetic attitude of the “Thank You” campaign. As a part of the launch, SIX:02 has partnered with the charitable organization Step Up, which empowers girls from under-resourced communities to become confident, college-bound, career-focused and ready to join the next generation of professional women. In addition, SIX:02 will be a partner of Step Up for 2017 participating in programs such as the Inspiration Awards on June 2.
