26 Jan The Athlete’s Foot Expands Marketing Team
The Athlete’s Foot promoted Darius Billings to VP of marketing and community engagement for its Strategic African American Retail Track (StAART) Program and Cassidy Dansberry to marketing manager, effective immediately.
Billings, a 15-year employee of TAF, will continue to report to Matthew Lafone, president and GM of Americas, leading U.S. brand and community efforts for the program.
Dansberry joined TAF in 2022 as a marketing coordinator. In her new role, she reports to Billings. Before TAF, Dansberry was a partner success manager and consultant for Sapper Consulting.
Lafone said, “The Athlete’s Foot is proud to announce the much-deserved promotions of veteran team members Darius Billings and Cassidy Dansberry. They were both instrumental during the past year in driving consumer connectivity and leading TAF’s community-based grassroots initiatives. We are excited to build on the momentum from 2022 and are moving full speed ahead with several game-changing programs and concepts for 2023.”
