Two big shoe industry organizations are coming together to promote career growth in the industry. The Two Ten Footwear Foundation and Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America announced this week they were joining forces to launch a new career website and resource.
The new website Footwear Careers Marketplace will not only be a listing for careers in the shoe industry, but aims to solve a bigger challenge in the industry: helping to grow and retain talent in the industry. It will cover all variety of jobs, from retail to design, marketing and wholesale.
