25 Apr Wolverine Worldwide employees join first-ever national footwear industry volunteer effort
ROCKFORD, MI — More than 100 Wolverine Worldwide employees are fanning out this week to help local nonprofits as part of a national effort by the footwear industry to make a difference.
The Rockford footwear company is taking part in the industry’s first-ever Footwear Cares National Footwear Community Service Week that runs through Friday, April 27, which coincides with National Volunteer Week.
Wolverine are joining 65 footwear organizations across one day during the week to provide hands-on support to local communities and charities.
